Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dense Network Labs, Inc. (“Wovin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through the wovin.co website, including when you apply to the Design Partner program or get in touch with us.
1. Scope
This policy covers the wovin.co website and your communications with us, such as applications, emails, and any calls we arrange with you. Communities that use the Wovin service do so under a separate written agreement, which governs how member data processed through the service is handled. For that data, the community remains in control, and we process it on the community’s behalf.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you apply to be a Design Partner, we collect your name, organization, role, email address, the size of your community, and the CRM it uses. When you email us or arrange a call, we receive the details you choose to share. Applications are submitted through a form-delivery service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes them to us by email.
- Usage information. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure site performance. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
- To review your application and reply to you
- To communicate with you about the Design Partner program and Wovin
- To schedule and hold calls with you
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
- To comply with our legal obligations
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site and our communications, such as hosting, analytics, email, and form delivery (FormSubmit), who may use it only to provide those services to us
- Sprout AI Studio, the venture studio that co-founded and helps operate Wovin, for the purposes described above
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed
- Authorities or other parties when required by law
- A successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. How long we keep it
We keep application and contact information for as long as we need it to evaluate your application and maintain our relationship with you, and then delete it, unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email us at hello@wovin.co.
8. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give additional notice where appropriate.
