Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the wovin.co website (the “Site”), provided by Dense Network Labs, Inc. (“Wovin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site

The Site describes Wovin and the Design Partner program. Wovin is in early development, and the features, programs, and terms described on the Site may change at any time.

2. The Wovin service and the Design Partner program

Use of the Wovin service, including during the Design Partner program, is governed by a separate written agreement between Wovin and your organization. Applying through the Site does not create an obligation for either party. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you apply on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

4. Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit through the Site is accurate. You allow us to use it to evaluate your application and contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated access that places an unreasonable load on it
  • Submit false information or impersonate any person or organization

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including the Wovin name, logo, text, and design, is owned by Wovin or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights to them beyond viewing the Site. Other names and logos shown on the Site, such as Slack and Gmail, belong to their owners.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to services we do not control, such as Cal.com for scheduling. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOVIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Dense Network Labs, Inc. agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
